WHAT IS MIND CLEANSE MEDITATION?
Our guided meditation use a series of relaxation techniques and visualizations to achieve a calm, focused state of mind. Each week we release a 10 minute podcast that includes a brief introduction into the topic followed by a guided meditation. In addition we release 20 minute versions of the guided meditations on YouTube with visuals.
The primary goal of guided meditation is to help individuals learn how to relax, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being. During the guided meditation sessions we use mindfulness techniques and progressive muscle relaxation to quiet the mind and promote calm state of being. As a result you will become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and learns to release negative emotions, stress, and anxiety.
